Knee surgery for John

John just found out he needs to have surgery on his left knee. He hurt it getting out of a chair last week and had gone to the doctor the next day. On Wednesday he had a MRI and that indicated he had a tear that needed to be repaired. He will meet with an orthopedic surgeon next Friday to see what needs to be done and when. We will keep you updated. Meanwhile, the pain in his knee has subsided and he is getting around pretty well. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean the tear has healed, so he still needs to get it fixed.
