NFC Championship Game
First of all, thanks to the NFL for making such a fun January for us! Being that we have great friends that are Bear fans, we had the best match possible for the NFC Championship game. We got Mom and Dad set up in Packer gear for the game. Mom and I had made some Packers and Bears cookies for the occasion. We had a lot of fun making them. Don and Mary and Brad and Debbie all joined us for the game. We had more than enough great food to get us through the game In true John fashion, he wrote a poem to commerate the rivlary between our teams:
The rivalry is unheralded
And epic are the teams
The NFC Championship
Is in both of our dreams
181 times that these two teams met
No matter which team is favored
There's always a chance of an upset
So here we meet today, with our friends of the foe
And no matter who wins the game
Our friendship will always grow
As Lambeau and Lombardi
Watch the game from far above
They prove to all our fans
That the Packers are the team they love
As Bears founder George Halas
Watches from below
He says, I could see better
If you'd shovel all that snow!
Packers versus Bears
Oh, what treat
It's always a special time
When these two teams meet
No matter what the outcome
One team will reach its goal
And we'll all cheer them on
To win the Super Bowl!
If the Bears win today
We will wish them all good luck
But startin the next season
We'll say THE BEARS STILL SUCK!

Looks like you had a lot of fun, and John will always have a career as a poet to fall back on when he should decide to retire from the shipping business! :)
