We're back!!

We just got back from our trip to Wisconsin. The cheese is unloaded and in the fridge. John's suitcase weighed 49 lbs. with the cheese. We were loaded down pretty good. Our trip was great! We started in Waupaca with my Mom and Dad. Had lunch with Holly, Dan and Mary and Mom and Dad at our favorite Waupaca Chinese place. Then off to the VFW Thursday night where Mom and Dad worked while we played Bingo with Mary. Mary and I both won, so was a very fun night. Friday morning we headed to Seymour and spent some time with John's Mom. We went to the Oneida Casino and had a wonderful lunch and then played a few slots while John bet a few horse races. Friday night we had an informal gathering with some of John's classmates at the golf course.
It was a lot of fun. After that, went to Steve and Cheri Krabbe's where we stayed while in Seymour and chatted with them for while. (Thanks Steve and Cheri for your awesome hospitality as always). Thursday we had more family time at Karla and Bear's house where we got to see the rest of our family that was in town (Katye,Chris, Olivia, Alyssa and Jim). It was nice to see them all.
Saturday night was the class reunion, which was a lot of fun. John did a great job on his class talk (and he did keep his clothes on - which I attribute to his best friend Randy Johnson not being there). We stayed till the end and had a blast.
Sunday morning we headed to Appleton to spend the day with our good friends Jerry and Cindy. We watched the Packer game and then went to Victoria's for dinner. It was fantastic - but as usual way too much food, so we took a walk downtown Appleton. We hadn't been down there for a long time, so was interesting. Jerry made us a yummy breakfast casserole before we headed out Monday morning. We are so spoiled!! Thanks,Jerry and Cindy for the great time and hospitality!
We miss everyone and it was so nice to go back, but we both agreed it was wonderful to get home (where it's nice and warm!!)
