Today, May 1st is the 25th anniversary of the death of John's dad, Elmer. John has good memories of May Day with his dad, going to pick flowers for their mom. He said May Day was one of his dad's favorite days. It is ironic that May 1st was the day he passed away.
Happy May Day, Elmer!!! We are thinking of you.

- In October of 2012 my husband, John and I moved from Phoenix, AZ to Punta Carnero, Ecuador. After 9 years of owning and running a trucking company we sold it and decided to start a new venture by buying a house in Ecuador that we are planning on turning into a bed and breakfast. Dad celebrated Christmas 365 days a year...but MayDay was his day.
