History of Cinco de Mayo
Since we live in such a heavily populated Hispanic area, Cinco de Mayo is pretty popular here. I saw this video on the history of it and thought it was pretty interesting.

- In October of 2012 my husband, John and I moved from Phoenix, AZ to Punta Carnero, Ecuador. After 9 years of owning and running a trucking company we sold it and decided to start a new venture by buying a house in Ecuador that we are planning on turning into a bed and breakfast.
