Packer Playoff Weekend

We had another fun, fun weekend. John's brother Jim and his girlfriend, Deb came down for the weekend to go to the Cardinals/Packers wild card playoff game. Friday night we headed up by the stadium to go to Margaritaville for dinner. After dinner we went to a dueling piano bar right by there called Shout. Deb had requested "On Wisconsin" and they ended up playing the old Packer fight song. The piano player then asked for more tips for him to play the Cardinals song instead, so it became kind of a bidding war. It was a lot of fun. On Saturday we went to Old Town Scottsdale and then to a cool little place in Tempe called Barney's Boathouse. On Sunday, we tailgated with the Wards again and some of their friends. One of our drivers, Michael and his grandson Nicolas also went to the game and tailgated with us. Even though the Packers lost the game was awesome. We had a blast.
Now the focus on on the 1/2 Marathon on Sunday, the 17th. My Mom and Dad arrived on Monday the 11th and will be here until February 9. Holly, Cari and Krista will be coming in on Thursday and Friday along with Mike and Kristin to run the 1/2 marathon with Mike, Mara and me.
